Riverside Research is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to work out of our Dayton, Ohio office. The HRBP will report into and will work closely with the Director of HR on HR-specific goals and objectives. The HRBP will play a critical role in the Human Resources strategy.
We are also looking for someone who has compensation experience: advising managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with RR compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
Riverside Research offers a hybrid work schedule for this position – Required in-person office presence 3 days a week. Riverside Research has two locations close to Wright Patterson Air Force Base and the HR Generalist will spend time in both locations. Locations are approximately five minutes apart.
