We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior-Level Program Manager with a proven track record in leading rapid integration and system prototyping for experimental deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise in systems engineering, and a passion for driving successful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead exciting projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of rapid integration and system prototyping, from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and customers.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and customers to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree
• 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in rapid integration and system prototyping efforts.
• Strong technical background in system prototyping and understanding of related technologies.
• Experience providing mentoring, guidance and coaching to project team members, including remote team members.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Travel up to 25%

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with defense or aerospace customers and familiarity with military standards and specifications.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Previous experience in managing projects involving optical design, imaging systems, or sensors.

 

 

 

 

$160,000 - $220,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
