Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time GEOINT Production Specialist to assist National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency in Arnold/St. Louis, MO. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions. Aid with determining best data and product combinations to meet remote data or data sharing needs.  This position provides direct customer support to NGA and IC/DoD customers through electronic transfer and delivery of GEOINT data and products across multiple medium.

 

Position based in the Arnold/ St Louis, MO area supporting NGA.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers and stakeholders to support custom media production of foundational GEOINT. 
  • Support acquisition, maintenance, replication, dissemination, archiving, and troubleshooting of GEOINT data.      
  • Current DOD/NGA/IC products and workflow.
  • Conducting media transfers 
  • GEOINT-specific product/data (including but not limited to: maps and charts, elevation data, imagery products, vector data)   
  • Data types for use in GEOINT software such as ArcGIS, Map of the World, FalconView, Global Mapper
  • Familiarity with NGA mission partners, military services, COCOMs, the Intelligence Community, and how these groups use GEOINT in support of training and real-world scenarios 
  • Custom Media Services, NGA Gateway, NSG Consolidated Library, Custom Media Generation System functions
  • Experience in connecting web applications to databases and database systems
     Hands-on experience with UNIX operating systems 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with Geospatial Analysis
  • Associate's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields. In lieu of a degree years of experience will be required.
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Knowledge of foreign disclosure and release processes
  • Experience with GEOINT systems, data and collaboration environments
  • Basic Understanding or core GEOINT mission background in one or more of: Source Collection, Source Foundation, and Analysis.
  • Experience finding gaps and providing recommendations for solutions to meet user needs.
  • Experience with International Affairs strategy, mission, policy and procedures
  • Experience working with Disclosure & Release office on data/content release
  • Understanding of maps, geography and imagery phenomenology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Trained in IC Security Policies and DOD Derivative Classification Marking Standards
  • Experience with producing 3D models and visualizations of buildings, terrain, or equipment by utilizing all forms of imagery, including NTM, commercial, airborne, Google Sketch-Up software, or RealSite

Global Comp

$75,000 - $95,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
