Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars; coordinate and help prepare for meetings/conferences; disposition incoming/outgoing correspondence; maintain common data sites/repositories to ensure timely, accurate dissemination of information; and track taskers to completion. Individual will aslo support assigned project officers in establishing and maintaining miscellaneous squadron-level programs. Candidates must be technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable processes.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, deconflict supported activities
• Help manage/maintain common data repositories (folders, SharePoint, etc.)
• Track taskers to completion
• Assist in the creation of correspondence to include memos, letters, e-mails, briefings, agendas, staff summary sheets and meeting minutes
• Support records management functions as needed
• Support assigned project officers in establishing and maintaining miscellaneous squadron-level programs
• Other duties as assigned
• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years experience or 3 years with a master's degree or a PhD without experience or equivalent work experience is required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, familiar with SharePoint
• Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
• Prior experience in an administrative assistant role
