We are seeking an exceptionally bright, friendly, flexible, poised, team oriented and self-motivated individual for the position of Riverside Research Full-Time Office Manager. As the face of our Lexington MA office, you will partner with all parts of the enterprise to ensure that the office runs smoothly, and in parallel with our company culture and business objectives.

• Plan and execute office morale events and annual company holiday events
• Onboarding of new hires
• Interact professionally with employees and guests daily
• Maintain office in a clean and professional manner
• Manage meeting scheduling, preparation, setup & support
• Manage schedules and prioritize tasks
• Initiate and track facility work orders, monitor status, request work orders, and escort maintenance staff
• Escort visitors/vendors within the facility
• Manage office supplies
• Monitor, purchase & stock snacks & drinks
• Maintain Purchase Card; make purchases for office requirements, P Card reconciliation
• Creating shipping labels and scheduling shipment pickups 
• Coordinating daily cleaning crew activities
• Obtain & maintain notary; provide service to employees when requested
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachlor's degree (or additional 3 years of equivalent experience)
• 8 years of experience as an office manager or related work.
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain eligibility for Government secret clearance
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic person with a desire to foster a positive, inclusive office environment
• Ability to follow established processes and checklists
• Must be willing to be "on site" every day in a Full-Time capacity
• Microsoft Office proficiency

$90,000- $120,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
