Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a part-time Foreign Materiel Exploitation Technical Project Manager at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.  This position will manage assigned foreign materiel exploitation (FME) projects from acquisition to final disposition.  Individuals will support all aspects from establishing exploitation objectives, setting schedules, creating security classification guides, and managing available resources. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned foreign materiel exploitation (FME) projects from acquisition to final disposition
  • Draft and coordinate project-based security classification guides
  • Develop exploitation objectives and schedules in concert with government, military, and contractor-based communities of interest
  • Support technical meetings across government, military, and contractor communities 
  • Identify pertinent guidance and resource constraints to assist in preparation of plans and programs, supporting planning, programming, budget execution activities
  • Facilitate the acquisition, exploitation, and disposition of items of interest
  • Develop exploitation plans, identifying required resources, and explore new technologies to apply to the exploitation process (coordinated with Project Engineers)
  • Track cost, schedule, and performance (IGCEs, burn charts, etc.)
  • Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Coordinate standing or one-time meetings, working groups, or tiger teams as needed; prepare minutes, track status of various projects, draft white papers/briefings and present recommendations to decision makers as required
  • Other duties as required to include travel

Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 12 years’ experience, or 8 years with a master’s degree, a PhD with 5 years’ experience.
  • Familiarity with foreign materiel exploitation program processes and procedures

Desired:

  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • Significant experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) and associated foreign materiel exploitation missions

Global Comp

$158,000- $250,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
