Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a highly skilled MASINT Phenomenology SME to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center advance capability development within the MASINT enterprise. The ideal candidate has experience with one or more MASINT phenomenologies and capability to adapt emerging technologies trough the MASINT processing, exploitation, and dissemination processes. This role requires proven experience working with complex sensor systems, developing and testing new analysis capabilities, and collaborating with government, industry, and research partners on next-generation MASINT technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis on emerging technologies that can be applied to MASINT mission sets.
  • Evaluate sensor and capability developments and advise on integration into existing or future architectures.
  • Provide technical recommendations for advancing signal processing, AI/ML integration, and data fusion.
  • Support development of CONOPS, white papers, technical documentation, and transition plans for emerging sensor capabilities and new processing architectures.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to identify and document requirements for future capability enhancement.
  • Collaborate with research organizations, DoD stakeholders, and external agencies to evaluate and integrate emerging collection and exploitation technologies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Engineering, Space Systems, or related technical field
  • 12+ years of experience in EO/IR systems engineering, RADAR engineering, or related mission areas.
  • Demonstrated experience with MASINT data formats, processing workflows, or PED tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose sensor and/or PED tool performance.

Desired Qualifications

  • PhD in Physics, Computer Engineering, Space Systems, or related technical field
  • Experience collaborating with NASIC or other intelligence community organizations.

Global Comp

$190,000- $225,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
